The 4e Power Toolkit in action: The Necromancer

Matt, a user of the 4e Power Toolkit, was kind (and brave) enough to send through a link to his take on the Necromancer class. The output was created entirely within the app (with some tweaking of the class description).

Thanks Matt for showing just what can be accomplished with the program. I desperately want to get the Upload feature of the Toolkit working so there’s a central repository of user-created classes and powers, but I need to do some work on the backend. My knowledge of PHP is a little, well, disappointing, so it’s taking time.

  1. No tweaking actually, I just put html in your text boxes since the input isnt sanitized. For eg.
    NECROMANCER CLASS FEATURES
    Ghoul Mask
The stench of death hangs from your pallid flesh…

  2. acutally i cant past that there because the input of this text box isnt sanitized either :P Ill show how i did it on the forums if i can paste inside a [code] box or something.

  3. Hey Matt,

    It’s okay, that’s what I meant by tweaking. :)

  4. First off, I’m going to give this software a definite spin….since the gears in my head won’t quit spinning with 4E potential. Second off, not sure if Matt is lurking around here or not…but if you can contact let him know I’m really curious about his Necromancer class and how it pans out….I actually found this post googling “4E Necromancer” and I think his foundation is the best I’ve seen yet.
